When you are going camping it is usually so that you can have fun & relax. The two of us like to take the kids at least more than 2 times each summer. Our family does not own a camper & the two of us simply set up tents each time the two of us go. The concern with that is the fact that you can hear every little sound around you. This makes sleeping genuinely taxing at times. Most of the campgrounds that the two of us go to are set up for families with activities for the kids to do. This is enjoyable during the day, however if you have a little 1 that you are trying to get to sleep & the people in the next arena are noisy, it is a real problem, then i think that people in a important camper or RV don’t think of this because their rigs are insulated to buffer outside noises. I remember 1 camping trip last year where the camper next to us ran the air conditioning systems non stop. Each time the equipment cycled on it sounded like a jet engine starting up. Again, during the day this was not an issue, but, when you are trying to sleep, it is genuinely hard. I would wake up each time & hope that it wouldn’t wake the kids. I asked the owner of the camper if something was wrong with his HVAC system & he said it was working fine. He said that his camper was cool & comfortable. Well, let myself and others tell you, it was not fine. The two of us were cheerful when it came time to pack up & head home where the two of us could get a wonderful night’s sleep again.
