Not looking forward to lavatory ventilation project

Remodeling is turning into a nightmare.

I have the bright idea to totally gut our lavatory and remodel it.

I figured I could move around the plumbing fixtures, add lavatory ventilation and all new brick easily. I thought in a few months it would be done. First, I can’t get any plumber to come into our space to move the plumbing! Next, I found spatially and structurally most of our plans won’t work. Next, every project has been a disaster. I tried replacing the lavatory window on our own and realized it was fitted under the home siding. I literally had to cut it out. My old toilet was basically welded to the floor and required our sibling’s help removing it. I am terrified to start the lavatory ventilation project. The lavatory doesn’t currently have any vent besides a HVAC vent. That helps a little bit when taking a sizzling shower. However, heat rises and creates condensation. It is easy for a lavatory to be moldy and stinky! Early on I thought adding lavatory ventilation would be easy. I obtained the vent that has a special LED light and automated settings that notice heating immediately. The lavatory vent is supposed to remove the excess humidity the moment it is in the space separate from myself and others doing a thing. It all sounds fantastic and dandy, but what are the occasions installation will go well? I am thinking I will somehow mess up our HVAC equipment, the side of our home or uncover something genuinely gross in the ceiling. No way will it be a breeze.
