We are a very mixed household.

My wife and I both came to this marriage with children.

Hers were much younger than mine. So for a while, we had highschoolers living with kids in elementary school. And honestly, it worked out okay. My wife and I were smart enough to get house that had enough room for everybody. Well that house has been a blessing as we now have a mixture of highschoolers, collegians and a new family all living under one roof. It’s quite the mix and there are some real separate needs. One of those needs is HVAC. I mean we all need HVAC comfort right? But when you’re dealing with this many different needs throughout one household, it’s not easy to come to one HVAC setting. Well we fixed that and it wasn’t too big a deal. About 3 years ago prior to my oldest son moving in with his new wife temporarily, I replaced the HVAC. The old one went 20 years and it was time to upgrade. The new HVAC is remarkable and I have never felt more heating & cooling comfort that I do now. Well that is until I had the HVAC people come out to transform the existing HVAC into a zone control system. Now my oldest, whose in the basement, can have a separate HVAC thermostat for that zone. As can the other kids that are still living here. Even my wife and I can enjoy HVAC customization in our end of the house. It’s such a treat to be able to have the perfect HVAC setting without having to mess up someone else.
