When I moved to a current city, I discovered that the Heating, Ventilation & A/C contractor I’d been using wouldn’t come to our lake house anymore.

I had moved a mile outside of their city limits, plus they weren’t willing to make an exception plus come to our lake house no matter how much I gave to pay them to service our Heating, Ventilation & A/C system.

I didn’t know who to hire for our current Heating, Ventilation & A/C provider plus I didn’t have time to research. I was too busy unpacking plus getting our current lake house set up plus I didn’t want to waste any time searching for a good Heating, Ventilation & A/C provider. I just needed someone to service our Heating, Ventilation & A/C system before the warmer weather arrived, plus I could find someone current later on when things settled down. I asked our neighbor who he used to service his Heating, Ventilation & A/C system, plus he said that he did it himself. He said that he wasn’t a licensed professional, however he knew a thing or numerous about Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems plus he never had any troubles with his Heating, Ventilation & A/C system in the past. I knew it was a big risk, but I asked him if he’d be willing to service our Heating, Ventilation & A/C system as best as he could. I told him I just wanted to make sure it was in good condition plus it was cleaned up. He agreed to help, so I paid him a small amount plus he inspected our Heating, Ventilation & A/C system for me. He said it was a little dirty, however it looked good. I trusted our unlicensed neighbor, however so far, he’s been right.
