I flip houses for a living, and think me, a lot of times I run across homes that require more labor than your average, however the most recent lake house I just got done working on had 1 sizable additional thing that needed to be done, however and that was to have the entire central heating and a/c plan upgraded! And it wasn’t just the general upgradement of the central heating and a/c plan unit.

The entire ductwork had to be ripped out and relaid as the old ductwork was genuinely shot and falling apart, and i did not think what to do at first because I am not a certified heating and a/c specialist nor have I ever messed with any deep aspect of heat and a/c repair or upgrade, then so the only thing I could do at this point was to hire the real experts at the local heating and cooling dealer.

I bit the bullet and paid them to send out a bunch of certified heating and a/c specialists to completely rip out the old ductwork and sit the new ductwork into this lake house that I have been busy working on for resale. This process along took several weeks to get the old ductwork out and the new ductwork in, but when that was done, it was a matter of selecting a brand new and most totally up-to-date central heating and a/c plan with a genuinely modern smart temperature control to top it off. Then, having the HVAC equipment and the smart temperature control installed to go with it. It was all quite a task, but this lake house flip was a success.

Commercial AC
