As this pandemic drags on, I realize that it is still so imperative that I don’t let my guard down.

I just don’t know how well I will bounce back if I get this virus.

I think nobody legitimately know either. That is why I have spent all this time at condo in the Heating and A/C when I would otherwise be out living my life. I even opted out of laboring in my nicely appointed office to toil from the relatively more secure Heating and A/C controlled condo office. While I haven’t enjoyed this set of circumstances or much of anything this past year, it’s almost over. That’s why I am doing all I can to continue to stay as disciplined as possible to get through this health crisis unscathed. To that end, I have made another addition to the house and the Heating and A/C. After learning how crucial indoor air conditions is to our health, I changed the Heating and A/C air filters last Spring. We have been breathing air that is highly filtered with over 99 percent of airborne contaminants being trapped and detachd. However, with the Winter time looming and the fact that this is going to get worse before it gets better, I have installed a whole house air cleaner. The Heating and A/C guys put it right in the Heating and A/C air handler. There, it will use UV light to destroy the DNA of any airborne hazard. It’s no cure by any means. But, it is an added layer of protection to maybe get this household over the hump. I know I will sleep better at night knowing that I have the best indoor air conditions that I can get.
