The ductless mini chop program had the AC condenser located on an outer wall. There were multiple air handlers inside the house, which is where the heating plus air conditioner came from. Although we didn’t buy that house, we eventually continued to look for other houses, however now we were looking for a home that specifically had ductless Heating, Ventilation plus A/C installed.
