When my central heating & air conditioner broke down a few weeks ago it was right in the middle of a pretty hot summer.

• I was about to call the local heating & cooling supplier for them to send out a certified heating, ventilation & A/C specialist to maintenance it.

But then I began thinking…that is going to be a lot of money just for an emergency Heating & A/C maintenance call. And then on top of the cost of the emergency Heating & A/C maintenance call, whatever Heating & A/C work undoubtedly needed to be done on the central heating & air conditioner was going to be an additional cost & possibly be numerous hundred dollars. While I knew I had to get the central heating & air conditioner repaired, did I undoubtedly need to call for emergency heat & cooling system repair? I thought of this & remembered that I still had my outdated window air conditioner component that I had back when I was a teenager residing at my parents! This window air conditioner component went in my dining room growing up. And when I moved out several years ago, I took it with me. It is good as new because I tested it, and so I decided to suddenly instal the outdated window air conditioner component into my residing room & see if it would cool it off enough for myself and others to not have to call for emergency heat & cooling system service. And what do you know? It undoubtedly did the trick!
