I have suffered much of my life with a particular sort of depression. It went uninspected for most of my life. I would get so down while the two of us were in the Wintertide or while the two of us were in long stretches of cloudy, rainy weather. My parents would consistently simply urge myself and others to snap out of it. They thought I just hated school or was bummed over a girl or something. This wasn’t it at all but it would take until I was in school to figure out what it was. I was finally inspected with Sun Affected Disorder or commonly referred to as SAD. And that is not an Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C a/c problem! All it took for myself and others to get better was sunshine. In the event that I could not get any sun, I had a special lamp that helped my mood remarkably. In the winter, I would crank up the Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C heating as well as turn on my lamp. So, that has been my normal for the last 25 years. But all that is getting ready to change. Due to some entirely fortunate circumstances, I have been able to retire about 10 years early. So, I am moving to a region where the daylight is far more abundant. What’s even better is the fact that I will have a room that is completely dedicated to my being able to remain in the sun. That’s right, I’m moving into a apartment with a sunroom. This way, even while the two of us were in the modest winter, I’ll be able to love the benefits of daylight for my mental health. However, I will need to do something about being able to cool the sunroom while the two of us were in the heat of summer. I think I will put in a mini chop Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C heating as well as cooling system.
