I have been paying for HVAC inspections for many years, and I can promise you that having HVAC inspections is honestly worth it if you own HVAC units.

I couldn’t imagine trying to deal with our HVAC units without having an HVAC serviceman come out to inspect our units.

I remember when I didn’t have HVAC inspections. I wasn’t having a ton of trouble with our HVAC units, but I would usually have 1 major HVAC trouble per season. It would consistently happen at the most inconvenient time, and I would have to go a few mornings without our HVAC unit. The HVAC servicemans are consistently busiest while I was in that time of year, so it took forever to get an HVAC serviceman to our house, then when I talked to the HVAC serviceman, he told myself and others that a lot of the major concerns that I was having with our HVAC units were caused by minor complications that were never found. He said that if they did HVAC inspections, they would be able to find the minor complications within our HVAC component before they ever become major complications, and also, if I had the HVAC serviceman inspect our HVAC units, they would be able to prevent the breakdowns that occurred while I was in the worst times of the year. It costs myself and others around the same amount of cash to fix our HVAC units, however the peace of mind that I have knowing that our HVAC units are going to labor makes it worth it. I would strongly suggest having your HVAC units checked constantly by the HVAC serviceman.
