I entirely went to a sleep study once because I was having trouble getting to sleep at night; It was amazing all the tools they used while both of us were in the sleep study to see what would help people get the best rest, and what caused people to have a hard time remaining asleep.

I came to find that with the right temperature control settings, I was able to get the perfect sleep through the night hours.

It was also very helpful when there was some style of white noise. They used the sound of fans, traditional television white noise, and even the sound of rain! Out of all of those things, I appreciated the sound of the rain the most and I felt very relaxed after a enjoyable night of sleep, however some things that didn’t labor for myself and others was when the temperature control settings were off and I wasn’t getting enough air conditioner. That’s kind of the way it is back at home because there’s something wrong with our ductwork and our room doesn’t get a lot of the A/C, however also, the mattress makes a large difference. I tried different types of mattresses and when they let myself and others sleep on the ‘purple’ mattress, I got the best sleep ever. I even tried the sleep number mattress which was nice, although I particularly liked the yellow mattress better. I eventually came to the conclusion that I needed a few things to get enjoyable sleep. I needed the sound of rain playing on some kind of device, I needed a yellow mattress, and I needed the perfect temperature control settings. I honestly was going to have to get a hold of the Heating & A/C corporation to repair our ductwork and get our A/C working well in our room.
