When our friend got tickets to a playoff game a few weeks later, I decided not to go

One of our best friends is a great guy to know. He’s kind, caring, ready to help anyone, and he works for the local hockey team, which means he periodically can get good tickets to the games. Every once in a while, he can score several tickets at once, then during the past hockey season, our friend and I saw more than five different games together. I enjoyed all of the games, however the temperature continued to drop pretty significantly as the season went on. During the last loft game, I was unhappy when our hands and feet were frosty and I thought they were going to get frostbite in that place. I wanted to take a small battery operated heating system with us each time we went to the games, however our best friend thought that was a silly idea to carry out. He did not want to be seen with me if I had a heating system under our legs and he was afraid we might burn the place to the ground if we knocked it over after drinking for hours. I just wanted to stay moderate and I did not feel that there was enough heat in the stands. When our friend got tickets to a playoff game a few weeks later, I decided not to go. I knew it would be a fun experience in the end, however the temperature was 20 degrees colder than average. I did not feel as though I would have a really good time if I was shivering the entire game. I decided to stay at the loft and enjoy the moderate heat and comfortable atmosphere.
