Not 100% convinced

I used to spend the majority of my savings for a gym membership when I lived in the south; I never went to the gym however.

The weather was so good that I could do anything I wanted outside.

I would swim at the pool in town, go for a bike ride or just run. I recently had to transfer for my task plus I now live in the north. The weather is pretty terrible and doing exercises outside is no longer possible. I now am looking at going to a gym because at least I will be the right temperature toiling out. The local gyms don’t have what I want however. The machine is inferior or the space is too small. I also don’t want to be crammed when I go through all of my fitness routines. There is 1 venue that is entirely nice however it is a personal training center. I don’t have the first clue as to how I think about toiling out with a personal trainer. I have consistently relied on myself and never asked for any help. I am one hundred percent positive that there are more workouts that I could be doing. I lift the same amount of weight the same way every single time it is arm day. I will admit that whenever possible I just skip over my legs entirely. I would like to acquire more back muscles however don’t suppose how to go about it. In a perfect world the personal trainer should be able to fix these things right? I am wondering if personal trainers are frat bros that just graduated college or certified fitness experts. I already know that I won’t suppose until I go to the gym plus try them out.
