Every so often there comes a deal that comes along in life is too great to pass down.

At least, this is something that has consistently happened to me; Occasionally the deal comes in the form of a car, sporadically it is in the form of a house, but in my case it was in the form of a brand current a/c device I had my eye on for quite some time.

A few nights ago I heard the news that 1 of the most well known Heating as well as Air Conditioning companies in my section was offering a rebate for a current and severely energy efficient a/c unit, and for myself and others personally this couldn’t have come at a better time, as my a/c device has been breaking down on myself and others more often than cooling my house. I have never been the style of person to invest in energy efficient things for my apartment because I didn’t assume it would make much of a difference, but now that I have seen the difference between my brand current a/c device and my old 1 I am kicking myself for not making the change sooner. According to my calculations I have been cutting my weekly heating and cooling bill in half without doing anything other than upgrading to this Heating as well as Air Conditioning unit, and from what the repair tech this high performance won’t be dropping anytime soon. I don’t guess how or why I was able to get access to a deal as great as this but I sure do believe lucky; Who knows, maybe I should go buy a few lotto tickets so I can truly test my recent stroke of luck!
