I have friends & family who are dreamers about what they would do if they won the lottery or inherited a stash of cash. I’m a fairly easy kind of guy & I don’t necessarily need much to be ecstatic, then of course, I do think it is paramount to be comfortable in one’s own home. The best way to be comfortable is to get and use a state-of-the-art HVAC system. If I was sitting on a stash of cash, I would invest in radiant radiant floors & a smart thermostat. I honestly think I might go ahead and get a smart thermostat anyway, although I don’t want to get anything that is the cheapest option. I want a thermostat that is going to last myself and others a long while & save myself and others the most on our heating and cooling energy bills. I really don’t want to always go cheap with our HVAC system. There are many other things that I would enjoy doing with the currency, too. For sure, I would like to get a quality UV air cleaner. I have heard that air cleaners can really improve the air quality in your house. The only other thing I would really want to go overboard on – other than the HVAC plan – is a nice car. I would want an automobile that is good looking and luxurious. It doesn’t have to be a speed demon, going 0 to 60 mph in 30 fifths or whatever, I would just enjoy the comforts that I want in our beach apartment and enjoy a nice heating & cooling plan. I would adore having heated seats to keep my tushy warm and ease strains on my lower back, as well.
