I’ve been a nomadic traveler for years now & I must say, one of our favorite venues is where people don’t use HVAC systems. It may seem somewhat startling at first, however you have to understand there is a reason that people don’t have HVAC systems in this space of the world. It’s because the weather is ideal almost all the time. At the worst it might be in the 76s or in the low 60s, which is still enjoyable to most folks. The people that live in the area are so nice & so down to earth. Every time I visit, I feel a valued member of the community every single time that I go to visit. They have incredible foods at the market & I am a huge fan of the exotic spices commonly used. There was only one time when I was concerned about HVAC systems when I first went to visit as a tourist. The guide told me that they didn’t use that overpriced type of climate control technology, & I soon understood why; Not only are they saving the environment, they are also saving money. They don’t have to worry about paying a fortune to run heating and cooling systems. They use fireplaces to cook their food & they occasionally use them as heaters, which there is rarely a need for. They have homemade fans they use on occasion if they need a bit of cooling. If I could live in the venue, I would honestly live the same way. There surely is no need to depend solely on the overpriced HVAC technology when you live in a world with perfect temperatures.
