I experienced a pretty major medical complication a few weeks ago, plus I ended up in the hospital for a few days.

Evidently, the medical complication wasn’t life-threatening, but they weren’t taking any chances in the least.

I actually had to stay in the hospital overnight for a week while they checked all of my vitals plus made sure that I was completely healthy. Honestly, that was genuinely the worst week of my life as far as sleep goes. The constant check-ups plus the uncomfortable bed wasn’t helpful in the least. The worst part was the a/c device in the room where I happened to be staying. Obviously, I think that hospitals use a/c devices a lot for health reasons. The freezing air from the a/c device helps to prevent the spread of illness, plus it keeps the nurses entirely comfortable. However, when you are resting in a bed all through the day while the a/c device is keeping the room frosty, it is uncomfortable. Even though they think the a/c device makes people chilly, the blankets that they provide people are absolutely terrible. I kept asking for more plus more blankets, but they said that they didn’t have enough for everyone to have a lot of them. If they turned down the a/c device a little bit, we wouldn’t have this complication. They wouldn’t even adjust the temperature control device much when I asked. I was so thrilled to leave that hospital plus enjoy my own household, where the a/c device is set to a normal level. I don’t ever want to stay at the hospital for a long time with that a/c device ever again. It was genuinely horrible.
