My son always wanted to play an instrument.

When he said he wanted to play the trombone, I was kind of surprised.

I thought he might go for a saxophone or something like that. When we finally got him a really nice trombone, he was really excited about it. It wasn’t until he started playing when I realized that we weren’t going to be able to deal with the noise from the instrument. It sounded pretty bad at first but it would only take practice for him to improve his playing skills. Since we have an attached garage, I thought it would be a great idea for him to practice his trombone playing in there. The thing is, the garage was entirely uncomfortable because there was no HVAC in there. Without being able to adjust the temperature control settings, there was no way he would be able to play his instrument in there. So I called an HVAC company and before I knew it, I had an HVAC technician over for a free consultation. After checking everything out with the garage, he said it was a great place to play an instrument and he recommended soundproofing the garage. He also said that instead of trying to install some ductwork in there, it would be best to go with a ductless HVAC system. He easily recommended a ductless mini-split HVAC which was extremely energy efficient and would provide the perfect heating and cooling comfort. So I had the ductless mini-split HVAC installed and not before long I was enjoying hearing my son play at a few concerts and he was great!
