Ever since I can remember our dad has taught myself and others the importance of toiling for yourself plus making your own money, then my dad is a self made person plus he has worked hard for every dollar he has ever owned. I genuinely look up to him as an example of what I should be in every aspect of our life, even though I have regularly wanted to work for myself. So I saved up as much money as I could to buy some property plus rent it out. I have had superb tenants for years plus I haven’t had to deal with anyone too difficult, however well, that has all changed this year when I let more than one twenty year old girls rent out our house. They completely destroyed our Heating plus Air Conditioning system. When they moved into the house I showed them how to operate the Heating plus Air Conditioning plan consistently, even though I guess either they weren’t paying attention or they didn’t care. I don’t think they changed the air filter once in several weeks because when I went to the house to check on everything, I noticed that the house felt stuffy. I genuinely hope that they got the message because I genuinely don’t want to have to upgrade the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit when they transfer out.
