When we had our second baby, I had to actually give up my entire library.

It truly wasn’t a sizable library however it was mine and I did enjoy it immensely.

It was needed to convert into a nursery, so that is what we did. I actually never complained about it. Now child number 3 is now coming along, so the spare study room upstairs where I have been storing a bunch of things needs to be turned into a kid’s study room. Once again, I will do what needs to be done to benefit the family and not complain about it. Instead I will try to figure out a solution that benefits everyone, in this case a storage locker with temperature control in it. This time I am going to look out for myself, as well, because a cozy little storage locker with air conditioning can serve as a reading room and a study, too. If I need a quiet locale to actually read, why not avail myself of the temperature controlled storage locker, where it will no doubt be nice and quiet. I’ve been in there with the door closed up, and with the AC on you unquestionably can’t hear anything that is distracting. Oddly enough it isn’t deafening so much as an overpowering level of white noise, sort of like the sound of your normal AC equipment cranked up to 11 sounds like. Not my preferred noise level, mind you, however a truly loud AC is better than obnoxious children any afternoon of the week. My little storage locker does not have its own thermostat, unfortunately, however I still think that I can make this work for me.
