Old home, new furnace
Old home, new furnace
He wanted to see if I wanted an oil, gas, or electric gas furnace.
I had just purchased an older home and the first thing I wanted to do was to install a new furnace. On the bright side, the two of us lived in an area where there wasn’t much need for a/c. I assumed that if I was able to get a new gas furnace, I could regularly install a window A/C component if it was needed. I called the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier and I wanted some input on what kind of gas furnace I should be buying. They asked me what our requirements were and they wanted to find out if I had any special needs. All I knew was that I needed a new gas furnace and I had no method what else I could do. I started thinking about what I wanted out of a new gas furnace. I knew that I needed it to be absolutely efficient in both energy along with fuel consumption. I also wanted a gas furnace that would be able to heat my small home without it running all of the time. I was worried about getting the incorrect size as the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional told me. We talked for awhile about the gas furnace and then he told me that he knew what I needed however not what I wanted. He wanted to see if I wanted an oil, gas, or electric gas furnace. Did I want to have a boiler that heated with overheated water, or did I am hoping for a ductless Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. The two of us talked for quite some time and I really liked the method of ductless Heating, Ventilation and A/C. I wouldn’t need to worry about window A/C units and I wouldn’t have dirty HVAC duct to be stressed out about.
