My wife Betty and I did not have to worry about trespassing, damage or meddling kids ever.

Since times have changed, there has been all kinds of new changes in our section plus there are houses all over the place. Betty and I even had to sell a lot of our land because the state taxes kept going up. Her and I used to own a bunch of apple orchards that would stretch for long stretches. Lately now all of us own just a small parcel of land. I had to put up a thick curling wire fence around our property to keep people from coming in, but there are all kinds of mischievous youngsters these days. I was really sad when I found that our outdoor a/c device was ripped open the other afternoon. I thought it would have been hard for somebody to get on our property because of the curling wire fence, but I discovered that the fence was actually ripped out totally. I wondered what was going on when the a/c was no longer actually turning on in the house, but after that all of us saw that my a/c condenser device was ripped wide open plus all the copper parts were missing. I thought this was unbelievable that a person would destroy our Heating, Ventilation and A/C component just to find the copper. This was going to cost me quite a lot to have repaired! I also had to get a new fence.
