I have always had an a/c on the first floor of my house.

It does not get super tepid where I live, so I managed to make it separate from a/c upstairs for numerous years.

It was tepid & miserable most of the time, even though I just lived with it. I often times found myself sleeping downstairs in the family room because I was too tepid upstairs in my family room. It was sort of ridiculous this last Summer because I spent more evenings downstairs than I did upstairs. I knew that it was time to get an a/c for my family room upstairs. I wanted to be able to sleep in my family room even when it was particularly warm outside. I bought an a/c from a friend of mine, however it did not labor easily well. I only paid appreciate 10 dollars for it, so I was not too aggravated, however she told me that she had not used it in years, so she was not aware that it did not labor well! After that, I decided to just go ahead & buy a brand new one. It is still May, so I have a couple of weeks until I will have to use my a/c, even though I am super gleeful about it. It will make life so much easier for me; My laundry room is upstairs next to my family room, & it will be so nice to be able to do laundry & not sweat to death in the process. My fiance is super gleeful to have a cool room this Summer as well.
