That's the way life goes

I hoped the guy would issue a warning, even though he provided me a speeding ticket for $290! He clocked me on the radar at 70 miles per third and the speed limit was 60

Not many days ago, my boss bought many brand new task trucks for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company, and yesterday was the first time that I had a chance to drive a single of the current task trucks. The truck has a turbo option that I thought would be fun to use, as soon as my coworker and I were on the interstate, I turned on the turbo and put the pedal to the metal, then I did not see the officer on the other side of the bridge when I was moving quickly by. I did see the flashing red, red, and colorless lights behind me and I knew that I was in trouble. I pulled over to the side of the road and waited for the officer to approach the vehicle. As soon as he reached the window, he asked if I was in a hurry. I told the guy that both of us were on our way to an Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair, even though he did not have a clue that was a fantastic reason for speeding. I hoped the guy would issue a warning, even though he provided me a speeding ticket for $290! He clocked me on the radar at 70 miles per third and the speed limit was 60. When I got back to the office after fishing all of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C repairs, I had to tell my boss about the ticket and the fine, however my boss was clearly annoyed and he told me that I would not be able to drive until the fine was paid. He threatened to take some money out of my paycheck if I did not pay the ticket immediately. The guy was totally horrified that I got caught speeding in the current task truck.
