Figuring out a place to work out

Figuring out a place to work out

I recently purchased a house an hour further south and located in a more rural area.

In the city, I had only a small amount of property.

I was situated super close to the neighbors, and had hardly any privacy. The advantage was that I was close to all sorts of amenities. I could easily ride my bike to the bars, restaurants and my gym within a couple of minutes. I had access to all different kinds of group fitness classes at all different times of day. Any day of the week, morning, afternoon or night, I could hop on my bike and arrive at the gym within ten minutes. Working out with a personal trainer several days per week allowed me to run faster, enjoy more flexibility and maintain a good weight. Now that I live out in the country, I have tons of privacy but no gym nearby. I would love to have a core progression open up near me. I’d be so thankful to have access to a certified fitness expert to workout with. The local town includes one small privately owned gym and most of the equipment is outdated. I think I need to create a home gym for myself. I have a backyard shed that should be long and wide enough to accommodate some equipment and my workouts in. I will need to buy some fitness gear, install Heating and Air Conditioning and run electric lines. I also will need to handle my own fitness routine. For several years now I have relied on a personal trainer to guide me through a fitness program designed specifically for me. I never need to figure out what exercises to do or keep myself motivated. That was someone else’s job. Hopefully once I have set up a workout area, I will manage to stick with a workout program. I know I will miss my gym membership.
