Too small to remove ac window units on my own

I’m really happy with the apartment building that I live in.

I’ve been here for over 10 years now, and I can’t foresee a change in my living situation anytime soon.

It’s not that my building is anything particularly special, but the rent is absolutely cheaper than anywhere else in town. I have wood floors, plenty of natural light, and generally quiet neighbors. I can’t complain too much considering how affordable it is. The only thing I really wish was different is the method of heating and cooling. We have central heating throughout the building with a rudimentary thermostat system that at least does its job. Every winter I have more than enough heat as long as I seal my windows with insulating film and use heat insulating curtains. Every summer, however, I have to use a couple of AC window units to moderate the heat and humidity inside my home. I don’t mind the AC box units in the summer, even though they aren’t especially efficient. The real problem is, I’m too small and weak to take the AC window units out during the winter. I can’t remove them and reinstall the cooling devices on my own, so I leave them in my windows all year. Unfortunately, this is terrible for my indoor temperature control and even worse for my air quality when summer rolls around again. I always find mold and mildew growing in the AC units after 8 months of hanging out unused. Calling out a professional HVAC technician to clean and service my AC window units seems rather silly. I really just need to hire a strong man to remove and reinstall them each year.
