Becoming a homeowner absolutely has its challenges

I thought that homeownership was going to be super awesome, plus periodically, it is.

It is awesome not having to pay rent plus not worrying about keeping the rules of the building owner.

I can maintenance anything, change anything, paint anything, plus remodel anything that I want without having to get approval. Unluckyly, there are some challenges that come with owning your own home. One of the biggest challenges for me was making sure that I take care of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C units. When I was renting, I didn’t even think about the furnace or the central air conditioner system. The only thing that I ever sad about was turning the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C units when it was necessary. I knew that there were self-explanatory things that I could do for the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C units to prevent breakdowns, but that wasn’t my responsibility. If something broke because of a lack of preventative maintenance, it was my building owner’s responsibility to call the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C serviceman. He was the a single responsible for all of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C units. When I first became a homeowner, I started learning that there were really things that I needed to do to keep my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C units running. Occasionally, I would forget, plus I would have to call an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C serviceman to scrub up the mess that followed. I have never gotten used to the prices that Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C servicemans charge for their work. That is why I have Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C servicemans over to inspect my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C units first. I save money that way, plus it takes some of the work out of my hands. Still, I would never go back to renting.
